Gianna Taccone leads the Europlacements Team and is in charge of the EDUCATIONAL division and the FAMILY DIVISION for English Mother Tongue Recruitment.
Gianna lives in a bi-lingual environment, in Italy, having a British husband and two children, aged 11 and 8 years old, who are both perfectly bilingual. She is faced with the choice of what languages and cultures to pass on to her children. Being a working mom, she has a good understanding of many common problems of today’s lifestyle, that require a careful balance and management of all parties involved!
She has experience of working in International corporations like Morgan Stanley and Pirelli. Since her first pregnancy she has been working directly with Nannies and Teachers and has been constantly active within the schooling and educational environment.
She has a particular interest in the perspectives of parents on bringing up children bilingually, not forgetting the language acquisition in monolingual children and those with Specific Language Impairment.
Constantly networking with other educational specialists and professionals proposing solutions for parents, students, teachers and schools focusing on Bilingualism and Multilingualism, from kindergarten all the way to university entry programs.
Adelaide Cacace joined the Europlacements team in 2014 to create the “HOME HELP” division, to extend the services offered to families. This division is not limited to child care but includes the general management of the house hold.
Adelaide has many years of experience in USA corporate where she was responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff. She maintains strong connections with the USA. She had experience with dCare, specializing in the recruitment of personnel for Italian and foreign families.
Adelaide is the President of a non-profit organization that supports the teaching of English in schools.

Scott Alford is British and he has lived the past 14 years in Milan. He has strong ties and frequent business trips back to the UK and also internationally.
With his experience in different Industries and projects followed in Italy and abroad, Scott brings a rich background and skills that allowed him to grow as a professional and as a person thanks to the opportunities of meeting with different cultures and countries.
He lives and work in a bi-lingual environment so has a very good understanding of the Anglo-saxon requirements and the Italian needs and the culture differences between the two countries.
He is in charge of International School Public Relations and Recruitment Channels Public Relations.
